Document screening - Interview schedule adjustment
Our consultants will recommend the talent's documents and you will conduct another document screening within your company. For the talent who passes the document screening, we will act as an agent and arrange the interview schedule. Online interviews and the use of our conference rooms are also available.
STEP5

Once you have successfully completed the offer letter and closing
interview and have a talent to whom you would like to make an offer, our consultants will inform you of your company's conditions and support you in making a decision to join the company.

After receiving your acceptance, we will support you with the resignation process with your current employer
and the adjustments before joining the company. We also provide regular follow-ups with our talents after they join the company to prevent them from leaving early.

Scheduling an interview with our consultant
You will need to schedule an interview directly with the consultant. Please send us your resume and job history before the interview. By reviewing your documents in advance, we will be able to help you prepare for the job offer.

Career Interview
You will have an interview with one of our experienced consultants. We will ask about your past career history, reasons for changing jobs, desired career, conditions, etc., and introduce job opportunities.
(The interview time is estimated to be 30 to 60 minutes.)

From application to document screening
our consultants will recommend you to companies that are interested in you, including your documents. If you pass the document screening by the company, we will work with the company to arrange an interview date.

Interviews
Although it depends on the company, most companies have 2-3 interviews. Each company has its own priorities and characteristics that make it easier to pass, so our consultants will provide as much information as possible and accompany you to pass the interview.

Job Offer
If you pass the interview and receive a job offer, the company will present you with terms. Our consultants will negotiate based on the desired terms heard during the interview.
STEP6

Resignation to joining
After you have informed us of your possible joining date, taking into account handover etc., if you accept the job offer, you will negotiate your resignation with your current employer. We will support you as much as possible with the resignation negotiations. In addition, if you have any concerns before joining the company, our consultants will support you as much as possible.

Even after joining the company, we will follow up with you on a regular basis to check on your work content and environment.

- 3 years of experience as a recruitment agent in the startup field After 5 years of experience at a foreign recruitment agency, from 2011 to 2018, he participated in the launch of Recruit's global recruitment business "RGF" and was in charge of RGF Japan's technology field as director.
In 2019, he founded homie Inc., a real estate tech startup, which he sold in 2024. From 2021, as CHRO/Corporate Director of DFA Robotics, a robot startup, he developed an organization from 3 to 40 people in one year and launched 6 locations, and experienced buyout to a listed company and internal control construction for PMI.

After graduating from the Faculty of Law at Sophia University, he joined Recruit Human Resources Center Co.,Ltd. (now Recruit Co., Ltd.). After serving as the head of new graduate business development, corporate planning, and global human resources service business, he served as a board member of a US recruitment company in 2013 as the head of overseas business for the Global Recruitment SBU of Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd.
After that, he became the president and representative director of Recruit Zexy Navi Co., Ltd. in 2014 and the executive officer of Recruit Marketing Partners Co., Ltd. (now Recruit Co., Ltd.) in 2015, where he was responsible for overseeing the entire wedding business and launching a new matchmaking business. In 2019, he became a director of Partner Agent Co., Ltd. (now Tameny Co., Ltd.).
While overseeing the entire administrative department, he is also responsible for launching new businesses such as photo weddings.
2021, he was involved in launching several social businesses as an executive officer of Marimo Holdings.
Since October 2023, he has been the president and representative director of Kufu Wedding Co., Ltd. (current
position).

After graduating from university, he joined one of the world's largest foreign recruitment companies and served as branch manager.
After that, he experienced starting a company as a startup member of a company expanding into Japan.
After serving as the Tokyo office representative for a US recruitment company, he became interested in the growth of Asia and joined a major Japanese recruitment company as the head of overseas business.
He led the PMI after the acquisition of Navigos Group, one of Vietnam's largest comprehensive recruitment services companies. He has been the representative since 2014, and supports more. than 15,000 clients a year in terms of human resources, regardless of whether they are local, foreign, or Japanese, through Vietnam's largest online jobsite, Vietnam Works, and Navigos Search, a recruitment agency for managerial positions.
In 2024, he founded Talented, and currently supports Japanese companies in business strategies after M&A and
Southeast Asian strategy formulation.
In order to share his experience of more than 25 years at a recruitment company with young people in Asia, he is also disseminating his knowledge through seminars, YouTube, TikTok, etc. He also gives career lectures to university students.

In 2016, he founded the innovation lab company Techno Brave Asia Ltd. in Bangkok, Thailand. As CEO, he develops apps and content for the industrial, medical, education, and gaming industries using XR (VR/AR/MR) and the metaverse. He also promotes projects related to digital transformation using AI, Web, and IoT technologies, smart supply chains, and GX (green transformation). Through global industry-academia collaboration, he is conducting PoCs and joint development, and accelerating product deployment from Thailand to the ASEAN and global markets.
In his previous job at Adecco Co., Ltd., he was the first Japanese corporation to be stationed overseas, and was responsible for launching new businesses in Thailand and China. At the Japanese headquarters, he established a global business department and led projects with major tech companies such as Google and Cisco. He has a wealth of experience in supporting the overseas expansion of Japanese companies such as UNIQLO and
recruiting global talent (overseas RPO)
